What an incredible day yesterday at DF Academy School in Bellville, Cape Town! With over 260 competitors from across South Africa, our National Tournament was a true showcase of spirit, discipline, and full-contact karate.

From the youngest divisions to the seasoned adults, every fighter gave their all and represented the true spirit of Osu!

A huge thank you to all competitors, instructors, referees, parents, and supporters who made this event such a success. Together, we continue to grow Kyokushin Budokan stronger every year!
